A comic-making contest on Vietnam and its people has been launched for Vietnam nationals over the age of 12.

Themed “Vietnam, country and people,” the competition is jointly held by the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and the Y Tuong Song (Idea for Life) company with the aim to increase people’s love and pride in the country.

Contestants can participate individually or in groups. In addition, Ton Duc Thang Museum and An Giang Museum, in collaboration with the HCMC Photographic Association of Ho Chi Minh City, have also launched a photo contest featuring the best pictures from the southern province of An Giang.

The contest, themed “Beautiful Landscapes and People of An Giang”, is open for all professional and amateur photographers across the country.
