Archetype Group, a multidisciplinary construction consultancy headquartered in Vietnam, has won the construction management contract for the Diamond Inya Palace, the tallest office building in Myanmar, the company has announced.
The company said it also inked contracts for several other projects in the Diamond Inya Palace, such as an airport, a complex, and a hotel.

The building will have an “L” shaped design, with 406 apartments, a six-story car parking lot, a spa, gym, mini theatre, mini market and a swimming pool, according to the Myanmar Times.
There will also be four penthouses on the top floor of each building that will have panoramic views of Yangon, the newspaper said.
