HANOI – Vietnam's coffee exports in October fell 8.4% from September to 91,372 metric tons, government customs data released on Wednesday showed.

Coffee shipments in the first ten months of this year fell 1.2% from a year earlier to 1.34 million metric tons, the Customs Department said in a statement.

Vietnam's rice exports in October fell 5.8% from the previous month to 362,930 metric tons, the department said.

The country's rice exports in the January-October period fell 2.8% year on year to 5.35 million metric tons, it said.
