Vietnam’s Quang Ninh seeks to entice tourists with 62 upcoming travel products

The Quang Ninh Province administration in northern Vietnam has revealed a strategy to introduce 62 new travel products this year to attract more tourists, encourage longer stays, and promote increased tourist spending.
The product launch is part of the province’s efforts to fulfill its goal of serving 17 million tourist arrivals in 2024, the provincial People’s Committee said on Friday.
Visitors to Ha Long and Bai Tu Long Bays will be offered 11 travel products related to waterway tours, entertainment, boat racing, and lodging services.
Various localities are also gearing up to unveil new travel services.
Ha Long City, for instance, is set to launch nine products, including a South Korean-style pedestrian street, Bai Chay ferry services, and community tourism activities in mountainous areas.

Van Don District is poised to offer 14 tourism products in terms of wellness, outdoor and beach sports, wedding, and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) tourism.
Those planning to visit Co To District can explore seven new products specializing in islands and healing tourism.
The provincial administration has directed relevant departments and agencies to develop specific schemes for the launch and promotion of these products in 2024.
They are tasked with providing ancillary services to enhance the overall tourist experience as well.
