Dong Nai Province in southern Vietnam partnered with Viet Phat Group to launch a shopping mall and office complex project in the provincial city of Bien Hoa on Friday, with its price tag exceeding VND6 trillion (US$236 million).
Located along Dang Van Tron Street in Hiep Hoa Ward, also known as Cu Lao Pho - an island of Bien Hoa City, the project, named Aeon Mall Bien Hoa, will cover nearly 12 hectares, with over 10 hectares allocated for the shopping mall and 1.5 hectares for surrounding infrastructure, including three connecting roads.
The eight-story shopping mall will feature modern architecture and include a wide array of services such as dining, kid zones, event spaces, and leasing opportunities.
It will also host premium products from renowned brands and offer services meeting international standards, making it one of the largest and most modern malls in the region.
Expected to open in 2027, the mall is projected to welcome approximately 10 million visitors annually.
