The fourth annual “Balade en France,” the biggest French cuisine and wine festival in Vietnam will be organized in Ho Chi Minh City next week.
The event is jointly held by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam, Sopexa - the French agency for international marketing of food, wine and lifestyle and Hotel Equatorial with the support of the French Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and the French Consulate in HCMC. It is also part of the official program of the celebrations for the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between France and Vietnam.
Coming to 2013 “Balade en France,” visitors will have a chance to experience more than 5 different traditional French dishes, 3 desserts, 5 glasses of wine and 1 glass of cider. The festival will also feature music and fashion performances as well as offer lucky draw prizes and promotion programs.
“Balade en France” will take place from 6pm to 11pm at Hotel Equatorial - 242 Tran Binh Trong Street in District 5 on October 25 and 26.
Tickets bought in advance cost VND570,000 (US$26.89) and cost VND700,000 (US$33.02) on the spot for adults and VND200,000 (US$9.43) for kids from 5.
Last year, the event attracted more than 1,800 visitors.
