The suspect, who claimed to be a successful businessman and assumed different pseudonyms, flirted with women on Facebook and talked them into transferring into his bank accounts “transport fees” in order to receive gifts from abroad.

-- On Saturday FLC Group, a local conglomerate, started work on FLC Nhon Ly resort complex, located in Quy Nhon City, the heart of Binh Dinh Province in the central region. The confirmation came after some local newswires on Friday cited Dr. Tran Dinh Ba, of the Vietnam Economic Association, as saying that the artist’s impression used for the Long Thanh project is indeed the one of the Hong Kong airport.
