-- Visiting Vietnamese State President Tran Dai Quang met his Singaporean counterpart Tony Tan Keng Yam in the city-state on Monday, expressing Vietnam’s consistent policy of making their countries’ ties more trustworthy and effective by fostering the strategic partnership between them.
