The Hanoi People’s Committee on Tuesday inaugurated two new viaducts spanning the Linh Dam Lake and two other branches connecting to Ring Road No. 3 after 11 months of construction.
Director of the Hanoi Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board Pham Hoang Tuan said that the project consists of two viaducts crossing Linh Dam Lake with a length of more than 541 meters and two roads connecting them to Ring Road No. 3, with a total length of more than 554 meters.
The project cost over VND341 billion ($14.78 million), Tuan added.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Chu Ngoc Anh said that this is one of the capital's key projects to complete Ring Road No. 3 and deal with traffic congestion.
“After nearly 11 months of construction, in spite of many difficulties in site clearance, especially the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the efforts of various departments and agencies, the project’s construction has been finished,” said the leader.
