The incident did not cause any human casualty but completely destroyed the first floor spanning an area of 350 square meters of the two-story bar, according to Nguoi Lao Dong (Laborer) newspaper.
According to the initial clarification, the blaze may have stemmed from workers’ negligence when welding and cutting metal in the process of dismantling the bar to convert it into an office building.
