-- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh cabled a message of condolences to President of the Liberal Democratic Party and Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio following the death of former Prime Minister Abe Shinzo on Friday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
