Authorities swiftly carried out a rescue mission but were impeded by the rainy weather and the car’s location near the outlet of Xuan Huong Lake.
It was not until about 8:00 pm that the rescue force pulled the car out of the water and removed the victim’s bodies from the vehicle.
The 25-hectare Xuan Huong Lake is an iconic destination in downtown Da Lat.
