-- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had a working session with a delegation of the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) in Hanoi on Wednesday, during which he said Vietnam wants to promote its comprehensive partnership with the U.S. in a practical, effective, equal, and mutually-beneficial manner, according to the Vietnam News Agency.
