-- Rescuers found the bodies of three police officers who were buried in a landslide along Bao Loc Pass in Lam Dong Province, located in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, on Sunday afternoon while efforts to look for a fourth missing victim are ongoing. Authorities have closed the mountain pass to ensure safety and deal with the situation.

-- A 35-year-old Vietnamese citizen was shot dead in Phnom Penh on Saturday following a row with a perpetrator, the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia reported on Sunday.

-- Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms pulled down and blew off the roofs of more than 100 houses in Ca Mau Province, southern Vietnam on Sunday, causing estimated damage of over VND5.6 billion (US$236,337).
