Dozens of air force officials were dispatched to two households in Dien Ban Town in Quang Nam Province, central Vietnam on Friday morning to repair their houses damaged by a military trainer aircraft crash which occurred on Tuesday.

The repairs were conducted as a way to tackle the consequences of the plane crash, which left a local man injured and ruined two houses and nearby gardens.

These military officers repaired the roof of a house owned by Nguyen Thi Hien, 52, by replacing the ravaged metal sheets with the new ones.

Hien said that the air accident caused several holes in the metal roofing sheets of her house.

On the other hand, Nguyen Thanh Chinh, another victim of the crash, reported that the impact of the incident caused his house roof to explode, resulting in a partial collapse of the structure.

Therefore, officers decided to renew the roof and rebuild three rooms of the house.

The repairs are slated for completion before the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday in February.
