-- The administration in Phong Dien District, Thua Thien-Hue Province, central Vietnam said on Monday that it was identifying a large metal object, which was supposed to be a floating cage for seafood farming, grounding on the coast of the district.

-- Authorities in Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi are collecting public opinions on a plan to build five public squares around Thien Quang Lake in the downtown district.

-- The administration in Da Nang City, central Vietnam has planned a temporary park for dragon mascots, flowers, and miniatures which were used as decorations during the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday, or Tet, on an empty land lot set aside for a financial center project.

-- Vietnamese construction firm Hoa Binh announced on Monday that it had won bidding packages to develop five social housing projects worth US$72 million in Kenya.

-- Midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc of The Cong - Viettel FC and goalkeeper Tran Thi Kim Thanh of Ho Chi Minh City I Club were named winners of the 2023 Vietnam Golden Ball, the country’s most prestigious individual football awards, in the men’s and women’s categories, respectively, at a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday evening.
