Foreign man accused of molesting 9-year-old girl in Ho Chi Minh City

Police in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City are investigating a case in which a male foreigner was accused of sexually harassing a nine-year-old girl whose father is a foreigner and mother is Vietnamese.
The district police are keeping the man, named F.M., in custody for allegedly molesting a person under the age of 16.
The case reportedly happened at an address in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District and another location in Ward 5, Tan Binh District on February 10 and 11, respectively.
The Tan Binh District police bureau has reported the case to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Public Security and is probing it in line with the law.
