Many museums in Ho Chi Minh City are offering free admission to visitors who are registered permanent residents and students in the city to mark the Hung Kings Commemoration Day today.
These museums that are letting in visitors free include the War Remnants Museum at 28 Vo Van Tan Street in Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3; the History Museum of Ho Chi Minh City at 2 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street in Ben Nghe Ward, District 1; and the Museum of Ho Chi Minh City at 65 Ly Tu Trong Street in Ben Nghe Ward, District 1.
Visitors entitled to free admissions need to present their ID cards or student ID cards so as to enter these places, where they can explore a huge collection of exhibits, photographs, and exhibitions.

The free entry is expected to encourage more residents and students to visit museums, which are considered among the perfect locations for learning new things.
In celebration of the Hung Kings Commemoration Day, the Ao Dai Museum, located at 206/19/30 Long Thuan Street in Long Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City under the jurisdiction of Ho Chi Minh City, also opened an ‘ao dai’ (traditional Vietnamese long gown) exhibition, in addition to hosting a wide selection of events and games.
