The eatery was suspected of violating food safety regulations.
A post to which some images were attached has surfaced on Facebook over the past few days, reporting a roasted duck eatery in Mao Khe Ward under Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province for food safety violations.

The Mao Khe administration has been working with authorities in Dong Trieu Town on verifying the images, said Vu Duc Quynh, vice-chairman of the ward.
The preliminary verification showed that the reported eatery is a food stall on a sidewalk.
Local authorities are still checking the authenticity of the photos.
Nguyen Thanh Son, a police officer in Dong Trieu, stated that the post stemmed from a conflict between a man and his brother-in-law.
The man, who owns a roasted duck eatery, reported some wrongdoings by his brother-in-law to local police.
In retaliation, the brother-in-law uploaded the post to defame the eatery.
