-- Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen on Wednesday held a meeting with Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, who paid an official visit to Vietnam from Sunday to Wednesday at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart Luong Cuong. The municipal leader underlined that the city was eager to strengthen cooperation with Bulgarian partners.

-- Vietnam imported over 24,000 metric tons of salmon from Norway from January to October, Åshild Nakken, director of Southeast Asia for the Norwegian Seafood Council, said at a signing ceremony between the council and a Vietnamese company on Wednesday. 

-- A trade promotion fair was launched at Dam Sen Water Park in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday night, with over 180 booths showcasing a wide array of agricultural products, regional specialties, handicrafts, and hi-tech farming equipment. The fair lasts until December 3.

-- The Vietnam - Nha Trang Golf Festival 2024 kicked off in Nha Trang City in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa on Wednesday evening, attracting 280 golfers nationwide. The event wraps up on Friday.
