The Australian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City will host Taste of Australia – an annual celebration of Australia’s world-class food and beverage scene – on Saturday and Sunday at Le Van Tam Park in District 1.
This year marks the first time Taste of Australia will open to the public in Ho Chi Minh City, giving locals and visitors alike the opportunity to experience some of Australia’s finest food, beverage, and cultural offerings, the Australian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City said in a press release on Wednesday.
Taste of Australia aims to promote premium Australian produce to the Vietnamese market through business, trade, public events, social media, and traditional media.
It is also intended to reinforce Australia’s international reputation as a supplier of high quality, safe, and sustainable food and beverages.

Visitors to the event can also immerse themselves in a cultural showcase featuring First Nations dance group Tribal Experiences from Queensland, who will share their unique and ancient culture through traditional dances on stage.
