With less than a month to Christmas, the festive atmosphere is blanketing all the streets in Da Nang City, central Vietnam as many shops and restaurants are covered in Christmas decorations.

A large number of locals and tourists are crowding shops and venues festooned with Christmas items for photoshoots, creating a vibrant atmosphere ahead of the festive occasion.

Over the past few days, many young men in Santa Claus costumes have been going around the city, while multiple decorated Christmas trees are placed at numerous venues.

Da Nang citizens, especially the youth, are eager to stroll and soak in the early festive cheer.

A coffee shop on Nguyen Huy Tuong Street in Lien Chieu District decorated with twinkling lights, colorful Christmas gifts, and a Christmas tree is luring the sheer number of patrons.

Besides attracting guests with charming decorations, a shop on Nguyen Tri Phuong Street in Thanh Khe District is also using an artificial snow spraying system to gain popularity.

Le Dao Diu, a resident of Lien Chieu District, said that she tried to visit the shop as soon as possible to enjoy the snowy atmosphere, but no tables were left around the time she arrived.

“The Christmas atmosphere is spreading across Vietnamese social media, so I’m looking forward to taking some photos with snow and Christmas decorations to share,” Diu said.

The owner of a coffee shop in the city noted that since early November, many stores and restaurants have eagerly decorated their spaces in preparation for the holiday season, aiming to attract more customers.
