Apart from the gorgeous white sand dunes and breathtaking coastal routes, Phan Thiet City in Binh Thuan Province also entices travelers with its exquisite delicacies.

Phan Thiet, a coastal city in Vietnam located approximately 210 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, attracts tourists with its deep blue sea, white sand dunes, and golden sunshine.

Notable attractions include Bau Trang White Sand Dunes, Ong Dia Rock Beach, Mui Ne Fishing Village, and more.

Each appetizing food in this coastal land will provide visitors with amazing experiences due not only to its unique flavor, but also to the friendliness of the locals.

Available all day in Phan Thiet, 'banh can’ are prepared from a white mixture of rice powder that is poured into a pan made of pottery and placed on a coal stove.

This delicacy's name reflects its procedure, as ‘muc mot nang’ signifies that it will be sun-dried for only one day.

After being caught, the squid will be washed, the skin and innards will be removed, and the squid will be exposed to the sun from morning till afternoon.

‘Lau tha Phan Thiet’ is distinguished from other forms of hotpot by its harmonious and attractive presentation.

Phan Thiet's native white sardine, pork, fried eggs, cucumber, and banana blossoms are included in a set of hotpot ingredients.

‘Cha cuon ca trich’ is cooked using herring and jicama, two locally available ingredients.

Locals in Phan Thiet have masterfully transformed it into a crunchy, flavorful meal that visitors will cherish forever.

‘Cha rang muc’ are created by dipping squid beaks in flour, placing them in a pan of hot oil, and frying them until crisp.

This exquisite specialty is typically dipped in a fiery, crispy chili sauce.

Different from ‘mi Quang,' a noodle specialty of the central province of Quang Nam, ‘mi quang vit’ in Phan Thiet is still obscure to many people.

However, ‘mi quang vit’ is a local hit in the coastal city with sweet broth and tender duck meat.
