Petro House is not only an ideal place to stay and play, but also a perfect venue for business or social gatherings in a casual setting.

Attended to by a dedicated team of expat chefs from Malaysia, the hotel’s restaurant Café Sambal serves up authentic Malaysian & Chinese specialties. Catering to diners of different tastes, the restaurant can satisfy almost dietary requirements and the menu has something for everyone, including halal compliant dishes. While noodles, barbeque and the wok of Chinese culinary are too familiar with diners, Malaysian cuisine has some unique curry recipes of its own that are worth trying. One might find it interesting to compare a Nasi Goreng with a Chinese wok fried rice or Char Koay Teow with a stir-fried seafood in egg broth with hor fun (flat noodles).

The restaurant signature dish is Sambal roast duck. A beautiful roast duck with glossy, crackling and crispy skin in a stunning mahogany color. The meat is succulent and the mouth watering aroma is unforgettable. To serve, the chef brings the duck to the table and carves off the skin first. On a pancake, arrange the thin and crisp skins with some cucumber and spring onion pieces. Lather with a dab of house special sauce, roll up and ready for enjoyment. Diners can request the chefs to cook the remaining meat and the bone of the roast duck to their liking in such dishes as wok fried noodle; wok fried rice and steamed roast duck soup. It sounds quite similar to Peking duck but the taste is different with special flavors and spices from Malaysia.

For refreshment, the acclaimed Teh Tarik makes a perfect companion to all the house dishes. Watching the bartender performing the art of this Malaysian pulled tea is an enjoyment by itself. The longer pulling, the more bubbly and flavorful is the Teh Tarik.

For breakfast, start your day with a bowl of Sambal roast duck noodle at only VND 48,000++. For lunch, diners can order a Combo menu with the price at VND 178,000++ per set of 5 dishes with the choice of Malaysian, Chinese, Western or Vietnamese combinations. For those prefer a more robust dinner, an extravaganza BBQ buffet is an excellent option featuring a mouthwatering selection of fresh seafood, beef, sausages, satay and mixed skewer on the grill. At the carving station, there will be roast duck, roast chicken and charsieu chicken thigh. Children of height under 1.5m accompanied with their parents will be served for free of charge.
