The semi-final of the Vietnamese version of the reality show “The Winner is” will take place tonight, Aug 3 and be broadcast live on HTV7, Giai tri TV and HN1.

The round, to be held at Maximark Cong Hoa stadium at 9pm, will see the intense competition between six solo singers and two groups in four duels for four tickets to next week’s final, and a shot for the grand prize.

The winner of the first season will walk away with a prize of over VND500 million (US$23,769) and a recording contract with the Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s leading music company.
