Tribeco Co. showcased a painting which is made from   927,200 soya beans on September 21.

The painting, called “Hon Viet” (The soul of Vietnam), which measures 3.5m in width and 7m in length, depicted the northern, central and southern regions’ hallmark scenic spots, namely Hanoi’s Mot Cot (One –Pillar) pagoda, Hue’s Trang Tien bridge, and Ho Chi Minh City’s Ben Thanh market.

According to Chen Kuo Peng, CEO of the company, the painting is made entirely manually by dozens of workers in 30 days.

The beans, hand-picked from 250 kg of soya beans, are similar in size, have good quality and colors which blend in well.

Thousands of students and youths crowded when the painting earned the Vietnam Guinness record as the country’s largest painting from soya beans the same night.
