Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet, spouse of State President Luong Cuong, and Desislava Radeva, spouse of Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, on Monday visited the Vietnam-Bulgaria Kindergarten in Hanoi.

The kindergarten was established on December 23, 1981 as a gift from the Bulgarian Women’s Union to Vietnamese children.

The preschool's teachers and students warmly welcomed the spouses with artistic performances, including a musical play inspired by a Bulgarian story and a dance set to Bulgarian music.

These gigs left a strong impression on Radeva.

Hieu Minh, a student at the Vietnam-Bulgaria Kindergarten, presented his paintings to the two spouses.

The painting given to Radeva her portrait and Vietnam and Bulgaria’s landscapes.

He presented Nguyet with the painting of the Vietnam-Bulgaria Kindergarten.

Meanwhile, the spouse of State President Cuong presented an outdoor library to the kindergarten.

Radeva expressed her impression and happiness to visit a school in Vietnam that features Bulgarian culture.

The two spouses visited the 'Yanbibian' classroom, named after a well-known cartoon character in Bulgaria, reserved for five-year-olds.

This classroom has been kept intact since 1981.

The kindergarten is a symbol of the Vietnam-Bulgaria relationship in education and training.

During visits to Vietnam, Bulgaria's high-ranking leaders and delegations always come to the preschool.

President Radev and his spouse are in Vietnam for an official visit until Thursday at the invitation of State President Cuong and his spouse.
