Saturday, April 09, 2016, 12:00 GMT+7

A drowsy driver ended up having his truck overturned as he was transporting soft drink in the southern province of Binh Duong on Friday.

Vu Trong Nghia was en route from Binh Duong to the neighboring province of Binh Phuoc when the incident took place at around 5:00 am.

The trailer truck flipped over as Nghia lost control of his vehicle after a bend on National Highway No.13, crashing the truck into the median strip and a nearby power pole.

The 32-year-old driver admitted to having been driving without sleep for days and was unfamiliar with the roads.

The vehicle’s head was slightly damaged and the driver was injured after the accident.

There were no casualties, according to police.
