— Vietnam does averagely in consumer empowerment, with the Consumer Empowerment Index reaching 82.96 points, experts said at a conference on the implementation of an ethical business program on Friday.
— The first commercial flight entering Vietnam since border closures and flight restrictions in place in March, operated by national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines, from Seoul in South Korea landed at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport on Friday afternoon.
