-- Police in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City are investigating a case in which a man punched another in the face on February 2 after the latter tried to prevent the former’s unmuzzled dog from approaching his son in the hall of an apartment building, where dogs are not allowed.
-- The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports has approved the organization of the Miss National Vietnam 2023 beauty pageant, which is scheduled to take place until the end of the year.
