-- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held a working session with ambassadors and staff of the Embassies of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar in Hanoi on Tuesday to accelerate the realization of high-level agreements between Vietnam and the three countries, according to the Vietnam News Agency.

-- Storm Pabuk, the 10th to have entered the East Vietnam Sea this year, is forecast to move toward the sea areas of Ninh Thuan and Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provinces and weaken into a tropical depression within Wednesday. Its impact will bring heavy rain to the central region.
-- Starting Wednesday, users of social networking platforms in Vietnam, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, must authenticate their accounts with personal mobile phone numbers in order to post content, comment, live-stream, and share information, according to a government decree.
-- From 2026 to 2030, the Ho Chi Minh City health authority plans to invest US$54.7 trillion (US$2.15 billion) in key health projects, officials said at a visit to the 115 People’s Hospital on Tuesday.
-- The People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province in southern Vietnam has preliminarily estimated the total investment for the first phase of the proposed Tay Ninh airport construction at around VND4.73 trillion ($186 million), with a capacity to serve one million passengers annually.
-- Kien Giang Province in southern Vietnam has introduced a pilot program to extend ferry and express boat operating hours, adding two time slots: 4:00 am to 6:00 am and 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with the program running until December 31, 2025.
