-- The north continues to experience drizzly, cold, and foggy weather on Wednesday, while the south-central coast faces heavy rain, and the south sees cloudy skies with evening showers, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.

-- With forecasts indicating that the low-pressure area in the East Vietnam Sea is likely to intensify into a tropical depression, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has instructed the provinces and cities from Binh Dinh Province to Kien Giang Province to immediately alert ships operating at sea.

-- As of November 2024, total resident deposits in banks have surpassed VND7 trillion (US$274.08 million), marking a 7.16-percent increase, or VND467.549 trillion, compared to the end of 2023, according to the most recent data from the State Bank of Vietnam.

-- Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, based in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, has been approved as the investor for the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park project in Da Nang City, with a total investment of over VND6.2 trillion ($242.76 million).
