Vinpearl Horse Academy Vu Yen, the first world-class equestrian academy in Vietnam, was launched in the northern port city of Hai Phong on Saturday, promising to be one of the favorite destinations for horse-riding enthusiasts.
Located on the Vinhomes Royal Island off Thuy Nguyen District in Hai Phong, this is the only royal-style horse-riding academy in the country, offering horseback riding and training services that meet international standards.
The 30-hectare facility features a reception house, 300 horse stables, multi-level horseback training areas, a one-hectare multi-purpose field for horse shows, horse racing tracks, a premium veterinary hospital, and other areas dedicated to horse care.

The academy boasts over 100 horses of various species, including some of the rarest and purest breeds in the world, such as the Quarter horse, known for being the fastest in short races, the 'white stallion' Lipizzan, and the Akhal Teke, considered one of the most beautiful horse breeds on earth.
Horse-riding enthusiasts can also see huge horses like the Friesian and Shire, as well as adorable kid-friendly Ponies whose height is under 1.4 meters each.
Moreover, visitors can explore equestrian disciplines such as British and American horse riding.
Aside from the launch of the Vinpearl Horse Academy Vu Yen, a two-kilometer riverside pedestrian street in Vu Yen Park, which is located on the Vinhomes Royal Island, is expected to be among the top destinations in the area.
