CẤU TRÚC - Pattern

1. Chào và tạm biệt(Greeting & saying goodbye):

Chào ông: to a man who is your grandparents’ age

bà: to a woman who is your grandparents’ age

anh: to a man who is your age

chị: to a woman who is your age

em: to a man or a woman who is younger than you

thầy: to a male teacher

cô: to a female teacher

The Vietnamese do not have a word for “you”. Instead different titles are used as personal pronouns to address each other.
