-- Police in northern Quang Ninh Province announced on Tuesday night the arrest of three men and one woman for stealing nearly 3,000 meters of electric cables from the Van Don - Mong Cai Expressway after the route was opened to traffic on September 1.

-- The Ministry of Finance has agreed with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs’ proposal to let workers enjoy a break of nine days for the coming Lunar New Year holiday.
