-- Unseasonal rains continue to be in the forecast for Vietnam’s southern region on Wednesday, according to the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.
-- The prolonged unseasonal rainy weather has worried many Tet (Lunar New Year) flower growers and traders in southern Vietnam as some flowers may bloom and die early, while yellow apricot blossoms, a traditional symbol of Tet in the south, cannot bud due to lack of sunlight.
-- The average income of employees in Vietnam reached VND6.7 million (US$285) a month in 2022, an increase of VND927,000 ($39) compared to 2021, the General Statistics Office announced at a press conference in Hanoi on Tuesday.
-- Police in southern Dong Nai Province and Hanoi raided two vehicle registration centers in Bien Hoa City and Nam Tu Liem District on Tuesday, respectively.

-- The ‘Emperor Ham Nghi, Life and Art’ exhibition opened at the Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities at 3 Le Truc Street in Hue City, central Thua Thien-Hue Province on Tuesday, showcasing 31 paintings by Emperor Ham Nghi (1871-1943), the eighth of 13 kings of the Nguyen Dynasty that ruled in Hue from 1802 to 1945, and a wooden pipe that the king used to use.
