Many foreign travelers have returned to Vietnam, with some bringing their family members and friends, to explore the country and promote its landscapes and people one more time.

Vietnam’s friendly people and stunning landscapes have brought them back during summer and winter vacations.

“Hello Vietnam! We are back with our friends,” Luc Coene from Belgium said during his second trip to the Southeast Asian country.

He paid his first trip to Vietnam’s Mekong Delta in February 2018, when he explored the land by bicycle.

"When I first visited Vietnam, I felt a strong connection to the people, landscapes, and the pristine environment, particularly the warmth and friendliness exhibited by the Vietnamese people in every place I visited," Coene recounted.

“I had persuaded my friends to explore the north of Vietnam in 2023. We will return to Vietnam to experience other roads by bicycle in 2024.”

Peter Malone, a 73-year-old Australian tourist, also visited Vietnam for the second time in 2023.

He first came to the country in 2020 and cycled through the Mekong Delta during the trip.

In October 2023, he undertook a nearly-800-kilometer journey along the coastal road from Nha Trang in Khanh Hoa Province, located in south-central Vietnam, to central Thua Thien-Hue Province, all on a bicycle.

He plans to get back to Vietnam with his family and friends in June this year.

After a tour to the Mekong Delta, Katarzyna, a traveler from Poland, shared, “I will definitely return to Vietnam in summer 2024 to experience the life of locals and admire the mighty landscapes.”
