-- Police in Hanoi on Saturday arrested a South Korean man for allegedly murdering a female compatriot at a hotel in the capital city after the woman refused to have sex with him. 

-- Vietnam's first horse riding academy meeting international standards was opened in Hai Phong City, northern Vietnam on Saturday.

-- One to two storms and tropical depressions are forecast to lash the East Vietnam Sea this month, said an official from the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting.
