According to the investigation result, in early June, the city’s police conducted an inspection into a grocery called ‘A Sim’ at 251 Truong Dua Street in Chau Phu A Ward after it had shown some signs of trading e-cigarettes and aphrodisiacs.
During the examination process, the police discovered and seized a plastic bag containing over 253 grams of methamphetamine, and ketamine, and a large volume of ecstasy hidden in Tam’s bedroom.
Nguyen, Phi and Doan confessed to the police that they had joined Tam in having traded illegal drugs since early 2024.
The police are investigating the drug trading ring.
