-- The FLC Group has submitted a proposal to Quang Tri Province in north-central Vietnam to research the development of a 36-hole international-standard golf course complex. This project would also include a conference center and a high-end entertainment area, covering approximately 700 hectares, with a total investment of VND20 trillion (US$805 million).

-- In September alone, consumers purchased 36,585 cars, a 45-percent increase compared to the previous month.
