Residents in Da Nang visited local beaches for a swim early on Thursday morning following an announcement from local authorities that they would be reopened following a prolonged period of social distancing.
They are permitted to swim at the city’s beaches between 4:30 and 6:30 am from Thursday, according to the latest decision announced by the municipal People’s Committee.
As such, many people visited local beaches very early on Thursday morning to swim, exercise, or take a walk on the sand.

To ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, the management board of Da Nang’s beaches set up signs reminding people to socially distance and wear face masks.
They also had employees on site to remind residents to follow pandemic prevention measures, as well as to impose fines on violators of such regulations.
