A driver of a 16-seater passenger bus in Nghe An Province, north-central Vietnam was fined VND5 million (US$195) and had four points deducted from his driver's license for using two phones while driving.
He was holding one phone to his ear with his right hand and using another phone with his left hand while the passenger bus was in motion.
Earlier, a video of the driver’s acts circulated on social media.
His acts caused concern among passengers, with some even requesting that the driver stop the bus so they could get off.
Traffic police quickly identified the driver in the video as N.A.L., a 33-year-old resident in Nghe An.
Police officers invited him for questioning, according to the traffic police in the province.
