A special artistic program and a parade of cavalry troops were held on Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday evening, delighting locals and tourists.

These activities aimed to celebrate 55 years of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament (1969-2024), 79 years of the People’s Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024), and the 19th anniversary of the All People’s Security Safeguard Festival (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2024.)

Thousands of spectators joined the feast for the eyes and ears.

The parade of cavalry troops from the Cavalry Mobile Police Force under the Mobile Police High Command highlighted the remembrance event.

These horses have been domesticated and trained over the past four years to serve anti-crime and security protection activities.

Revelers were excited to see the cavalry troops when they appeared on the street.

Notably, the people’s police force also took the stage.

Through the program, President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament was etched into the minds of the spectators, sparking national pride among Vietnamese people.

Many songs honoring the police force were performed during the program.
