-- Localities in Vietnam's south-central coast are bracing for powerful Storm Nakri, the sixth yet strongest typhoon from the East Vietnam Sea this year, which is forecast to be about 140 kilometers off the Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago packing winds at up to 135 kilometers per hour as of 10:00 am on Saturday, and will be about 200 kilometers off provinces from Quang Ngai to Khanh Hoa a day later.
-- The Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security on Friday evening officially announced the identities of all 39 victims who were found dead in a truck container in Essex, the UK on October 23, one day after confirming that they were all Vietnamese.
