-- Police in Ho Chi Minh City announced on Sunday the arrest of three people for conducting nose job and liposuction procedures on a woman without medical and cosmetic expertise and causing her death.

-- Police in southern Dong Nai Province said on Sunday that after two days of excavation, they discovered more than 42 metric tons of hazardous waste at a lamp factory in Bien Hoa City belonging to Dien Quang Lamp JSC, a leading lamp and light bulb producer in Vietnam.
