North-central Vietnamese province looks into video of naked girl insulted by peers
This screenshot taken from a viral video shows a naked schoolgirl being insulted by another girl on a street in Huong Son District, Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam.

Police in Ha Tinh Province, north-central Vietnam, are investigating a case where a girl hit and insulted another girl while other students filmed the entire incident on a street earlier this week.

In the 39-second video circulated online, while a schoolgirl, about 15 years old and in a state of nudity, was sitting on the side of a road and holding a T-shirt to cover her body, another schoolgirl wearing a school uniform coat and a face mask snatched the T-shirt and threw it away.

The girl in uniform coat then grabbed the naked girl’s hair and pulled her to the middle of the road before throwing the latter on her back and slapping her face.

Some other students appeared to be capturing the incident with their cellphones in the video, which quickly went viral and stirred criticism over the humiliating act.

A local police officer later confirmed that the incident happened in Son Tien Commune, Huong Son District, and the people in the video are living in another commune.

The Huong Son District police officers are investigating the case.
