-- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received President of the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) Alok Kumar Sharma, who is also British Minister for the Cabinet Office, in Hanoi on Monday, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
