Residents in Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City will experience water outages for five straight evenings, starting from June 10, for pipeline connections.
Nha Be Water Supply JSC said that the shut-off of water services in the ward would last from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am to facilitate pipeline connections as part of the Rach Dia bridge project.
The announcement was meant to ensure households in the ward have enough time to store water for any necessary activities.
The water supplier hoped that residents would sympathize with the company.
After water services are restored, residents might experience cloudy water or low pressure for a short time. They are advised to call 19001210 for support.
An area on Le Van Luong Street in Nha Be District, from the Sadeco gas station to Rach Dia Bridge, had water cut off from 10:00 pm on Wednesday to 5:00 am on Thursday.
