-- The People’s Council in Quang Binh Province, north-central Vietnam on Saturday confirmed that it had approved a resolution allocating VND4.5 billion (US$176,816) for the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park management board to develop fences and auxiliary facilities at an area accommodating seven tigers.
-- The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) hopes to be able to discuss policies and solutions to potential issues of cooperation projects in the future with the Vietnamese government at the beginning of the projects, a JICA representative said during a meeting on the Ben Thanh-Suoi Tien metro line No. 1 in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday.
