The French Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday launched a photo exhibition celebrating camaraderie in sports to mark the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics.
Thirteen photos, taken by Agence France-Presse (AFP), are displayed on the wall outside the French Residence located at 6 Le Duan Boulevard in District 1 until the end of September.
The theme of the exhibition, ‘Sport et Fraternité’ (Sports and Fraternity), draws inspiration from the Olympic Truce, a historical agreement aimed at halting conflicts among ancient Greek city-states.
